I cannot give these bunch of crooks any stars as they are disgusting and a disgrace to many broadband companies they have taken money from my bank account for their own pockets and left me in debt now

Awful company. I am a social worker trying to support a vulnerable client. ITALK have taken hundreds of pounds of her money and I have spent literally hours on the phone to unhelpful and unkind advisors and this is still not resolved. Charges are still being applied, pushing this person further into debt and damaging her mental health. She is left without food and often gas and electric. I have never experienced such an unhelpful company.

Lol what a joke they are
Loyalty counts for nothing they try and scam you for extra charges when you leave them
Appalling customer service rude staff when confronted lol they cut you off
Best decision ever was to go to another broadband provider and guess what No outage !!
I could say more but have decided to take my complaints further
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Italk are an absolutely disgusting company, and seeing the comments here I’m glad I’m not the only one. They give an installation date nearly 4 weeks ahead, yet fail to tell you that the 14 day cooling off period is started from the day you take apply for broadband. I sent the box back the same day I got it. They then have the cheek to then add a balance which I’m not paying, I now have enlisted Communications & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS) who are assisting me. Avoid this disgusting company at all costs !!!!!

Steer well clear, I be just left because they would raise the direct debt as they please without any warning.
I paid my last full month bill and ended their supply and cancelled direct debit, only for them to cut me off after 2 weeks and charged!!, me for cancelling direct debt.
Staff are rude and uncooperative, I would receive up to 6 calls a day from them and e mails and texts. I had to block them on my phone in the end as it got into harassment their side, I haven’t delt with such an unprofessional company ever as this.

I've been with Italk for 3or4 months and my service has gone of 3 or four times usually at weekends and for between an hour and 5 to 6 hours, until last Sunday 07/05/23 8am I found that the broadband was off, so I phoned Italk and the office was closed.
The service was off all day Sunday and was still off on Bank Holiday Monday 08/05/23 so I phoned the office again and got through to customer services and spoke to a lady who went through a few tests and checks with me,Until she came to the last test,when she asked me if I had a micro filter to plug into the phone line socket, as I didn't have one she said they would send me one and when it arrived to phone back and they could do the last test so if it still didn't fix the problem they could raise a fault on there system to send out an engineer.
Well the micro filter arrived on the Thursday, so that evening when I got home I plugged the micro filter in and my Broadband service came back on, so by then my service had been off for five whole days.
On Friday afternoon I phoned I talk and told them the filter had worked and asked about a reduction on my bil for the 5 days I had no service, to be told that because the last test hadn't been done until I got the filter, no fault had logged so they could not compensate me for the 5 days I was without service. Which I think is a very poor service.

Been with italk 4years no major problems ....just upgraded to fibre broadband great customer services would fully recommend this company
