    Simply the worst customer service in the world. There was a problem with my connection Nov 20; it was all to do with open reach, but I had no wi fi. I was promised would be fixed by Xmas. It wasn’t! In the end I left Sky as they could not provide my address with wi fi; but they still keep billing me. I have phoned numerous times, numerous promises to sort but they still haven’t. Keep getting e mails and bills for a service I don’t have.
    Avoid like it’s the plague, mixed with HIV and covid.

    Rubbish technical support
    My broadband has been not working and customer service saying they do not have engineer before two weeks to visit and they cannot solve it remotely.

    HOORAY! I'm finally free of Sky! I've nothing good to say about Sky other than I'm so glad I'm out of Contract with them and I ain't EVER going back! They provide an abysmal service which they keep increasing charges for. Anyone who is thinking of subscribing to Sky, do yourself a favour and DON'T! You'll thank me for it. Happy Days it's all over.

    Sky Wifi is not the worst I have ever seen, but it comes close to it. It is the most unreliable broadband I have ever had, where sometimes I even have to use my phones mobile data in my own home because I cannot trust the broadband to deliver. If you are considering getting it please make sure you are aware of everything you are receiving, and do not be brainwashed by their advertisements.

    Constant price increase, crappy slow WiFi router, customer service incompetent, after midnight internet speed crashing.Switching to another provider.

    Had a router problem after one or two issues finding the correct department.
    Eventually I spoke to SHABANA at the technical office who was so very patient and efficient even phoned back when the line went dead, very impressed.

    So trash always disconnecting causing me to lose matches in games because I always disconnect the WiFi doesn't even reach the damn kitchen which is like 5m away from the router I hate sky will tell my dad to switch to vigin

    Don’t waste your money! Worst broadband I’ve ever had. No better than dial up! Costs £42 a month for sheer frustration in trying to watch anything online and only one device can be used or it can’t cope! Worst 18 months of my life! Totally useless! Not fit for purpose!
