Hi All,
I don't know why this company even exists. I changed provider and supposed my new provider Vodafone will start on 04/10/2018. Now that I am writing is Saturday 10/11/2018 yes November it's not a mistake and I still haven't got broadband. Useless customer service, useless managers full with lies and promises. I requested all my recorded conversations and notes from my file and no one reply me yet. The biggest joke was on Monday, they send me message that I have to pay £56.65 and when I called them for maybe 50th time so far they told me that the bill is from my mobile phone and the internet that they provide me hahahaha, by the way I haven't got mobile contract with Vodafone or any other company but they insist, they even inform me the mobile number

The most horrible company if you want to call in another country the extra charge are at the really high price for what ??they just care about them bussinesss that mean ,MONEY,.soo I’m not a robot of this life to work and to pay at the end of the month extra charge which are really high so after a call of 10 min or 15 they will charge you £30 pounds but with £30 I will get Lebara or Lyca and I can use it many times

Changed over to Vodafone from Blood Transfusion as price went sky high with those leeches that were privatised by our dear friend Margaret Thatcher,I can honestly say that Vodafone is the best I.S.P that up to now ,and I have used Talk Talk,Sky,B.T.,and Plus Net,but after 6 weeks now of utilising Vodafone they are in my opinion the real deal.

Awful company - do not be enticed by cheap fibre deals!! If you are likely to move home in the 18mnth contract, this is not for you. You either have to pay the extrortionatr early termination fee or take out a new contract at a much higher price. All in all this will cost us £150 extra, and we were over half way through our old contract (old address). They force you into a new contact by making the old one overlap, and do not give you a new cooling off period!!
Disgusting that huge, wealthy companies have to bleed people dry.

People tend to only write reviews when things go wrong & they want to moan, so I thought I'd make a point of writing a positive review if all went well.
Switched from a major broadband/TV supplier (cancelled the TV years ago). Struggled to find good reviews on any suppliers, so deicded to bite the bullet & go vodafone
Service: Fast & efficient. all done online, no complications. I never had to contact my old supplier.
Delivery: As they stated 3 working days before switch date chosen by me.
Instructions: Simple & clear. No IT degree required.
Installation: They asked new router gets installed in the morning & it should all be done by midnight, but I forgot.
Installed around 5pm...fully up & running in 10mins. Speed tested within an hour, just over the minimum they indicated.
Use their app to change router name & password...makes it much easier.
1 week later: No issues at all. Running at speed, 6 wifi items connected & 2 hard wires.
All at £18 less than was quoted for the same upgrade from old supplier.

Installation a week late. A week later, dozens of phone calls and hours on the phone to tech support and still no connection. Disappointing

I was nervous about moving to Vodafone but it is all good. Top professional service. Fast steady broadband. Were there any hiccups? A couple but so minor not worth mentioning. I would definitely recommend.

I am utterly regretful that I bought vodafone broadband. The speed is so awful, I can not even connect. I have spent couple hours with different vodafone advisers and it is not solved yet. Moreover, the deal I bought also included free gift and when I tried to register, the system did not let me and it was said that I should wait 2 months for gift registration and besides they would send me mail regarding free gift.I trusted them and now I have learnt that due date for gift was over and as you can predict, I have been shocked because I have not get any mail so far.
I tried to contact with vodafone many time regarding the gift issue but still I have not get any response. I am completely overwhelmed and tired now. Buying vodafone is one of the worst deal I have ever had. I wish somebody can learn from my mistake and misery.

Worst company ever never resolve a problem just keep you on the line for hours. Online help of no use either. Of late my Landline was barred with no warning; because my wife's mother abroad had passed away and she had to make extra calls abroad; they would not unbar the line until my wife paid extra plus interest to them with a credit card and then the line was unusable for a day. AVOID this company keep away.
