    Continuous dropout. Poor connection. Slow speed.
    And worst of all, calling customer service does not help at all. Will give you excuses and they sent me a long document to teach me how to keep changing wifi channels every time the signal drops - a bloody full time job!!

    Absolutely disgusting service they have been ripping my mum off for years! They are terrible to get hold off. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. they do not care for customers. They say they will get back to you they are liars.

    Been virgin since 2008 same package doubled in price now L tv and 20mb unlimited no telephone£45 month.Internet very slow test daily only get 8.01 max 14mb forever going off if they contact me they want me to sign up for telephone up my speed to 50mb but they want more money.I could switch but I don't really need telephone with household bills rising think do really need tv anymore could do with freeview just have net.Prob be cheaper have someone else install phone and 12months free broadband I will be contacting virgin about slow broadband pay for 20mb should get that no better treated for stay loyal customer for 7 years cost £550 year I bet I could reduce by half

    Very bad service, the internet is very slow although I pay for a big bundle that's meant to be fast.
    I was trying to leave and they do everything to make it impossible and charge £70 for leaving.
    I'd never ever use Virgin broadband again.
