When I ordered the broadband, they pestered and pestered me with emails and messages that I should make sure I had the router ready for the engineer to install. When he arrived, he told me he wasn't supposed to install it and I should do it myself.
When I got going, I found that I had only restricted access to the internet. I complained, and they told me that "Kids Safe" was implemented on my account. I'm considerably in excess of 6 years old. They would not remove it, and gave me long instructions as to how I should do this myself, including changing my internet browser if necessary. I'm really hacked off with them.

Have Talktalk plus TV and broadband and phone on fibre medium.

You view box excellent. Dit slow starting up but otherwise brilliant. Great picture on HD. Easy set up.

Broadband on medium fibre. Regularly getting speeds of 32mbps. Never get any lag on TV or computer.

    Customer service very good.

Aldo have new mobile phone with Talktalk at £2.75 per month. Great service too.

Overall very pleased with Talktalk. Pay £32 a
Month for fibre broadband, landline, youview box, pause rewind and record with new stuff being added all the time. Netflix is now available.

If your not far from BT fibre street cabinet then its fine. Other people have had different experience. Go get it!

We decided to switch from Virgin Media to TalkTalk due to slow speed and increasing charges with their broadband. Unfortunately TalkTalk, having promised higher speeds, access to i player etc is actually slower and the you view box does not work? The customer service has been very poor in trying to improve the situation. What next?

In process of complaining, did not see my renewal reminder notice and have been paying premium line rental charges since October 2015. Told I need to write and include a cheque \ PO for £10 to be sent a copy of the renewal email. They did this last year too and I just wavered it. The company hides behind foreign customer service representatives, lengthy phone waiting times, copious spam mail so that you find it difficult to identify important information.
Will not choose them as a provide again

I've subscribe talk talk specially because they have a nice boost for international calls, the internet is not great at all. But so far I didn't have my phone working and if in one month i'll not be able to call I'll make a complaint and finish the contract.

Wow just wow to how bad talk talk really is if you want to watch movies do not use if you want to go online do not use I have never had a provider with such a ridiculously slow internet speed you ring to ask them to deal with the situation they just fob you off they actually sent an engineer out twice after I stopped my direct debit he ( no word of a lie ) walked in turned the box off turned it back on looked at it said mmmmmm a lot walked away got to the door and said nothing I can do mate il escalate the problem that was 3 months ago worst customer service in the world. Trust me pay the extra money and get a decent provider

I have four TalkTalk email addresses and have been with them for several years. I am now on a monthly rolling contract.
Without me changing any of the settings, the only way I can now receive and send emails from one of the addresses is to use webmail. This means it takes longer to view a message and I This means it takes longer to view the message as I have to keep scrolling down the page. Had a long phone call and finally told it was not a problem of TalkTalk. Have also had a letter explaining what I could do, which I have already done. Later this year I intend changing my ISP so it will be good bye TalkTalk

My review is about customer service, I had a representative ring me, most of the time I could not understand a thing she said, about a week later I recieved a package from Talktalk, it was a box containing a device so I could watch films, I never needed this Item as any films I wish to watch I get on Sky, so I put it away unopened in a safe place, I was moving home in mid December2014 so I contacted Talktalk informing them and ending my contract they said I had this box which I had to return, they sent me a return envelope which I duly put it in and took to the Post office, moving on with this Saga Talktalk said they never received it so I would have to pay for it, so back on the phone on a call that lasted 45 mins I was told in no uncertain terms by a supervisor it was my fault that they never recieved it an I would be charged for the item, be careful dealing with Talktalk as they seem to change the rules to suit them.
