    Called few times to fix the Internet connection problems,keep saying my colleague are on it and will take 24 hours to fix it. nope it has been more than 6 days still without Internet/wifi.
    If I knew the broadband was going to be this bad I wouldnot have gone for it. Only reason I choose Vodafone broadband was because of the mobile network being excellent.

    Absolutely rubbish. the signal drops and goes off all day long. Do not get this service. There is nothing fast about this service look else where. I was with Sky and got lured into thinking it would be an improvement but it is awful. Now I want to leave Vodafone want to charge me £100 which is a joke because it never worked. Avoid like the plague.

    The most awful company I have ever dealt with. Shocking customer service. I set my account up on the 15 jan and nearly 4 weeks later I still have to call them almost every day to get my wifi working. I am on hold for anything up to half an hour . They promise to ring back and never do. The stress this company have caused me during my house move !There is absolutely no communication between the staff there and I have to go through the whole story every time I speak to someone. I wasn't happy that there was no plug socket for the modem anywhere near a phone point, meaning having cables running all over my lounge. They seemed to think this was purely cosmetic. Then a week later when I ring due to having no internet again!! they tell me its because my modem is not close enough to the phone point!!! I rest my case. I would definitely not recommend this company.

    Issues over 3 weeks with intermittent non-existent or slow speeds. Unstable connection. 5 Vodafone tries to do various things my end and remotely. They will not accept the slow speeds on speed tests or 10 - 15 mbps on a 35 mbps guarantee is a line issue. They have layers upon layers of technical teams - 3 line teams I've found out. All saying rest assured it's sorted now and it isn't. IT is surreal the lengths they go to to avoid sending out an engineer who is clearly needed. Surely employing all the people to fob off customers would cost more than simply doing what needs to be done. Just out of this world. And don't start me on the lies they tell

    Just increased their prices mid-contract by nearly 10%!! Not impressed. It’s in the small print so be careful before signing up to a 24 month contract as they increase their prices by this much every year.

    Got 18 month contract for broadband over phone for them to send me an email saying it was now 2 years. 10 questions to get into your own account on telephone after them telling us to use livechat to cancel. Unable to cancel on live chat so sent back to telephone which again had to go through process of security. Don't even bother with this company as they have staff that don't have a clue what they are doing and are so disconnected that one hand doesn't know hat the other ids doing, customer service is shocking!!! STAY AWAY!!!

    I wont even give 1 star if i can.
    Most terrible company I had to deal with. I was contacted by a salesman offering me A broadband deal. When I ask what is going to happen with the outstanding bill with my current provider the guy assured me this will be cover by them so wont need to pay anything to BT for canceling my contract earlier. I was told this numerous time over two different conversations. When i agreed to by their product and cancel my contract I received &80 bill which I was told by BT that vodafone wont cover. When i requested my conversations with vodafone to be reviewed as it will prove what I was promised, they told me both conversations are missing and they will not cover the bill from BT. I've spend enormous time on the phone with both BT and vodafone and now i have to beg BT to wave this bill off me. this caused me to lose broadband for a month and the process of setting up new contract with new provider. Also paying £80 to BT because I was lied to by vodafone salesmen. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Can't wait for my phone contract to end to change this greedy provider. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VODAFONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

    Vodafone got the most incompetent team. For weeks I've been contacting them, speaking to them for hours, they can't get my problem solved. I came up with different solutions but they don't seem to have an understanding for solving problems. They're so egoistic, one possible solution was to simply contact another Internet provider but they won't do it as it affects their non existing reputation. So fu*king stupid.

    Continuously had problems with my direct billing, incompetent customer service, abhorrent fee's applied even though they were promised would not. Had broadband and mobile. Broadband cancelled without my authorisation as moving house. Will be cancelling my mobile as well from my own volition after years of service. GREAT JOB VODAFONE KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE

    I signed a contract and one day ahead of my broadband service going live with them I still hadn't received the promised router. I contacted them and was told my contract had been cancelled due to an issue with Openreach transferring my landline (that I don't use or want). To sign up again would be a two week wait. How bad does your customer service have to be for you not to contact the customer and update them!? Fortunately I was able to stop the cancellation with my current ISP and negotiate a longer term contract that was only marginally more. Vodafone you suck!

    0 stars, worst broadband I have ever experienced and we had talk talk back in their bad days. Good luck maintaining a connection for more than an hour if you’re gaming. So crap man. I never do reviews like this but Vodafone is truly the worst broadband I have ever known to exist. Doesn’t connect and if it does, it takes 10 years to launch anything

    This company is nothing but full of time burglars!
    Cannot manage the simple task of processing an order from broadband. Cancelled my order for reasons beyond their own explanations. No customer service is available. Refuse to answer simple questions. Data is also not safe as my account details were hacked/changed without my knowledge from those used in the attempted order process.

    Additionally they send the router but refuse to give you a returns address. From reading other forums this is standard practice but the next twist is that they then demand £72 for non return of the router that they refuse to tell you how to send back!

    If you value your sanity and have better things to do with you time then simply avoid at all costs.

    On the other hand if you have nothing better to do than spend time trying to negotiate with people who make reality tv stars look like members of Mensa then be my guest.

    I cannot give any stars it's Crap as I write this I'm using my giff gaff data. Have never known the signal to drop out so much. It's impossible to to watch anything on Netflix or I player. Can this be clarified? And I quote "it will take about 20 days for your internet to settle". Called after 20 days.so they said we will get back to you.took Ten days by then I could not revoke contract.They lied just get me trapped into a contract now I have no internet but still have to pay.have they broke there end of the contract? DO NOT BUY VODAFONE BROADBAND!! Look at what ppl are saying!!! Or you may get trapped like me. Still not long to go now and I will not be renewing good Riddance Terrible Company

    Terrible - entire process. Placing an order in the first instance was full of promises and then screwed up my order. It took a ridiculous amount of phone calls to resolve. I was simply doing a switch from Sky and my broadband with Vodafone was due to go live 17 days ago. Router arrived on time but since then no body at Vodafone has been able to help. They say I just need to wait, but they don't know what I need to wait. I've spent hours on the phone to people in various countries and a shear waste of time. Still No Wifi. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

    Hi ,m reading reviews of VODAPHONE I go live with them next week 24 th ,but already have had some minor problems ,such as having 4 attempts at getting my address right ,router arrived 2 weeks ago this Wednesday 17! due to go live plugged everything in ,nothing so waited till Thursday morning no joy rang VODAPHONE spoke to a guy called Darren and he informed me that I don't go live till 26 th many sorries offered and excepted . yesterday ( Friday) another router arrived ( doh) this is before I go live whatcha this space tarra

    Worst experience ever! New fibre connection only lasted 3 days and then packed up. 6 days later and with no sign of anyone at Vodafone having a clue about how to fix it or giving a damn, we cancelled our contract.

    BB failed overnight. Nothing done to it at our end but asked a million times to turn it off and on again, check cables etc. Each call to Technical Support was like reporting from scratch, no history of previous calls recorded. The only easy bit was cancelling, they didn't even try to keep my business. Avoid Vodafone at all costs!!!

    Signed up two weeks ago for 80mb service. Hit problems straight away with peak time speeds averaging 5mb on wired connections - lowest registered as just 0.86mb. Called or chatted every day for a fortnight - same poor levels of support asking to change dns/split wifi etc. This is obviously contention. Was told I should give them time to fix, as I had 30 days cooling off.
    15 days in, the service is so bad, I called to quit. Now advised its 14 day cooling off and I can't leave without charges. Liars and thieves.
    This is not isolated - check their forum and the reviews below. Take out this broadband at your peril.

    Absolutely the worst ISP I've ever been with. Fortunately, I was away studying for half the time I paid for this garbage. However, the several months I had to use this was dreadful.

    I play online video games, and so I am not really bothered by slower download speeds. I was supposed to be receiving around 30mb download speeds, but I'd actually be getting around 15mb, which didn't bother me much. The biggest issue was the latency. Whenever there is more than 3 devices connected and browsing the internet, the ping would skyrocket to anything between 200 and 4000. It happened all the time. It is impossible to play multiplayer games without having to boot everyone off the router. The Vodafone app was also bad. Anytime you make changes to someone's connection to the device, the router would shut down for a good minute to process the changes made - very annoying.

    Genuinely the worst broadband ive ever had, note i used to have post office wifi with a max of 15mbps download and i think that was 10x better. Ive bough a package which promises no less than 40mbps download and 5mbps upload. Ive never had more than 16mbps download and 0.2mbps upload and i speed check every week... Ive been in contact with them over ten times with their reply always being "split your ssid" etc. Theyve even had an engineer out to change the phone cable and now its even worse. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a decent broadband to go to bt fibre

    Without a doubt the worst service I have ever received. I have no words. Just avoid at all costs. I am switching all services & will never use any of their services again. Don't be lured by cheap deals it's not worth it.
