Customer service is the worst ever seen, even eclipses NTL woeful service. Speed isn’t great, BB service keeps dropping out. Phone has repeatedly been cut/blocked/restricted over the contract life most of the time for no good reason. Cannot recommend Talktalk/Tiscali as others offer better service for exactly the same money.

Maintenance at Talktalk end caused me to loose the service for 3 weeks. They did not believe me when I said the problem was at their end even after a BT engineer visited my house and confirmed this. I eventually asked them to test my account at their end and they solved the issue in 2 hrs

took 4 weeks to connect me to a new line after 2 appointments where openreach didnt show up. broadband speed told 4mps but getting 2.6mps. internet went wrong after 2 days and customer service are appauling.

Been with talktalk for a nearly a year now. Never use customer support,as the user forum is much better.

I suppose they would do better if they invested in LLU at our local exchange. All CPs are the same here - we are charged £10 extra with a reduced bandwidth as the BT exchange is so awful.

I switched to Talk Talk because the package they offered me sounded good, however once activated, I was then told by their support people in India no static IP address was available, (not what the sales person told me!) the broadband speed was also slow and then trying to get my broadband back was only accomplished with lots of help from BT, thanks BT....forget Talk Talk!

My internet has been down for fourteen days. TalkTalk have given me the runaround day after day. I have, at their behest bought, a new ADSL filter, new 'phone and new router. I have had a Talk Talk contract enginer in my home and a BT engineer in my home. The customer service is abysmal and the operatives just appear to be reading from a bit of paper. When you can actually speak to someone who understands they deliberately tell untruths to get rid of you.

Very impressed with Talk Talk right from day one. Customer service was great and have had no problems from date of purchase all the way through to going live. Everything was completed on the day they stated and have had no problems since. Highly recommended.

Since Talk Talk took over Tiscali the service as been rubbish!!!
The customer and tecnical support ir appalling and the staff are rude. They are overseas so you cannot understand their accent too. And you are kept in a que for ages when calling on expensive calls to sort your problem (which they still havent sorted must I say, that is why Im switching) and then put on hold for another length of time. Then they hung up on me 4 times so I had to keep going through the procedure and costly calls.
Must admit they are the worst provider of internet I have ever come across!!
